These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and purchases made through the JS6 online store.

By using the website, creating an account, submitting an order or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refunds/Returns Policy.

About JS6 and Our Fulfillment Model

JS6 sells products to customers through our online store.

Some products are stored and shipped by authorized distributors on JS6’s behalf. This means that a product may leave a distributor facility and be delivered directly to the customer without first passing through a JS6-operated warehouse.

The use of a fulfillment partner does not change the fact that the customer’s purchase is made from JS6 unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract.

Products purchased from JS6 must be used, resold, transferred and exported only in compliance with applicable law.

You may not use JS6 to:

• Commit fraud
• Make unauthorized purchases
• Evade sanctions or trade restrictions
• Obtain products for unlawful export or re-export
• Circumvent product restrictions
• Violate intellectual-property rights
• Interfere with website security
• Submit false identity, tax-exemption or payment information

Product Compliance and Restricted Products

JS6 maintains a compliance-first sourcing policy.

We do not knowingly offer products whose sale is prohibited to us under applicable U.S. law or legally binding government restrictions.

We may also voluntarily exclude additional manufacturers, products or categories based on:

• Security concerns
• Government guidance
• Sanctions
• Export controls
• Product-safety requirements
• FCC or other regulatory restrictions
• Recalls
• Distributor requirements
• Internal compliance standards

We may remove a product or cancel an order if we determine that sale or fulfillment would create a legal, regulatory, safety or compliance concern.

If JS6 cancels a paid order for one of these reasons before the product is shipped, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the canceled merchandise.

Order Submission and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that JS6 has finally accepted it.

Orders may be subject to:

• Payment authorization
• Fraud screening
• Inventory confirmation
• Distributor acceptance
• Quantity verification
• Address verification
• Pricing verification
• Product-compliance review

An automated confirmation acknowledging receipt of an order is not necessarily confirmation that the distributor has accepted or begun fulfillment.

JS6 may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Inventory shortages
• Incorrect pricing
• Incorrect product data
• Supplier inability to fulfill
• Suspected fraud
• Payment failure
• Compliance restrictions
• Shipping limitations
• Obvious website errors

If JS6 cancels an order after collecting payment and does not ship the product, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pricing and Product Information

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise displayed.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate:

• Pricing
• Product specifications
• Images
• Descriptions
• Compatibility information
• Inventory information

Distributor feeds and manufacturer data can change without advance notice.

If a material pricing, inventory or product-data error is discovered before fulfillment, JS6 may cancel the affected item and issue a refund rather than fulfill an obviously erroneous listing.

Manufacturer specifications control where a website description conflicts with current manufacturer documentation, subject to applicable consumer law.

Sales Tax and Tax-Exempt Orders

Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the transaction, shipping destination and JS6’s tax obligations.

Eligible business customers requesting tax-exempt treatment may be required to provide valid exemption or resale documentation before an exemption is applied.

Submitting exemption documentation does not guarantee approval.

Payment and Fraud Verification

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

JS6 may use Shopify, payment processors and fraud-prevention services to verify transactions.

We may request additional verification before processing unusually high-value, high-risk or inconsistent orders.

JS6 will not impose a payment-processing fee unless that fee is clearly disclosed before the customer completes the transaction and JS6 has confirmed that doing so is permitted under its payment-provider agreement and applicable law.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by the JS6 Shipping Policy.

Shipping charges, available methods and estimated delivery information are displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated before purchase where required.

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages or from different distributor locations.

Order Cancellation by the Customer

Because JS6 generally purchases products from distributors after receiving a customer order, cancellation opportunities can be limited.

A customer may request cancellation before fulfillment begins, but a cancellation is not confirmed until JS6 sends written confirmation.

Once a distributor has accepted, configured, packed or shipped an order, the order may become non-cancelable.

Nothing in this section limits a customer’s right to cancel where applicable law requires cancellation or refund, including qualifying shipping-delay situations.

Delayed or Unavailable Orders

JS6 will make shipping representations only when we have a reasonable basis for them.

If we determine that an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide the customer with the notices and choices required by applicable law, which may include:

• Agreeing to a revised shipping date, or
• Canceling the unshipped order for a refund

Where no shipping timeframe is stated, JS6 will operate consistently with applicable U.S. requirements governing online-order shipment timing.

Final Sale, Returns and Refunds

Except for the specific exceptions described in our Refunds/Returns Policy, products sold through JS6 are considered final sale.

JS6 does not generally accept returns because:

• The customer changed their mind
• The product is no longer needed
• The customer ordered the wrong compatible model or specification
• A better price became available elsewhere
• Packaging was opened and the product is not defective

Defective, damaged, incorrect, recalled and legally protected claims are handled according to the Refunds/Returns Policy and RMA process.

Special Order and NCNR Products

Certain products may be designated Non-Cancelable / Non-Returnable (NCNR).

Examples may include:

• Custom-configured equipment
• Special-order products
• Built-to-order products
• End-of-life products
• Certain OEM products
• Manufacturer-direct products
• Products specifically identified as NCNR by the distributor

Where practicable, NCNR status will be disclosed before checkout.

NCNR status does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived, including applicable remedies for qualifying defective, misdescribed, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by JS6 are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty:

• Length
• Coverage
• Troubleshooting procedure
• Repair process
• Replacement eligibility

may vary by manufacturer and product.

JS6 may facilitate the initial claim where reasonably possible. Certain manufacturers require customers to contact the manufacturer directly or obtain a technical-support case number before an RMA can be approved.

Except to the extent JS6 expressly provides a separate written warranty, JS6 does not create an additional product warranty beyond applicable manufacturer warranties and rights imposed by law.

Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications and verifying compatibility with their intended environment before ordering.

JS6 may provide product information or assistance but does not guarantee compatibility unless JS6 expressly confirms compatibility in writing for the specific configuration.

Opening, installing, activating, configuring or modifying a non-defective product does not create a right to return that product.

Product Safety and Recalls

JS6 may immediately suspend or remove a product if we become aware of:

• A regulatory prohibition
• A safety recall
• A serious manufacturer warning
• A material compliance concern

Where required, JS6 may contact customers who previously purchased affected products and provide available recall instructions.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe an order was billed incorrectly, not received, duplicated or otherwise problematic, please contact JS6 promptly so we can investigate.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates your lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or qualifying charge with your payment provider.

JS6 may submit relevant transaction, communication, tracking, delivery and policy records to payment processors or financial institutions in response to a chargeback.

Fraudulent or knowingly false disputes may result in account restrictions and other remedies permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

Website content owned by JS6, including original text, graphics, branding and design elements, may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission except as permitted by law.

Manufacturer names, product names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Displaying a third-party trademark does not by itself imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JS6 will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising from use of the website or a product.

Any limitation is subject to rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Events Outside Reasonable Control

Delivery or performance may be affected by circumstances outside JS6’s reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Carrier interruption
• Labor disputes
• Government action
• Supply-chain interruption
• Distributor shutdowns
• Cybersecurity events
• Transportation disruption

This section does not eliminate JS6’s obligations to provide legally required delay notices, cancellation rights or refunds.

Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively.

The Terms applicable to a transaction will generally be those presented when the customer placed the order, except where a later change is legally required.
