Frequently asked questions
Is Creative Chat USB wireless?
No. This is a wired USB-C headset, not a Bluetooth model; it does not need a listening battery charge.
Can I connect it to USB-A?
Creative lists a USB-C to USB-A converter for this model. Check package contents and your computer’s USB audio support before ordering.
How do I mute the microphone?
The microphone supports swivel-to-mute. The headset also provides volume and microphone controls.
Will every USB-C phone support its microphone?
No. A USB-C socket alone does not guarantee USB audio and microphone support. Check the device’s USB audio compatibility.
